Returns Process – Step-by-Step

1. Check Eligibility
Your item must be unopened, in its original sealed packaging
You’ll need proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Returns are only accepted for hygiene-safe, unused hair products
2. Contact Us First
📩 Send us an email or message with:
Your order number
A clear photo showing the product is unopened
The reason for your return
We’ll confirm if your return is approved and send you the mailing instructions.
3. Package Your Return
Keep the item in its original packaging
Use a padded envelope or box to protect it in transit
Write your order number on or inside the package for faster processing
4. Ship It Back
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility (unless item arrived damaged/defective)
Use a tracked shipping service — we can’t be responsible for lost return packages
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the unopened product, we’ll issue your refund
Refunds are sent to your original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your bank/payment provider
