Shipping & Returns FAQ

How long will it take to ship my order?

Please allow up to 15 business days for your clip-in hair extensions order to be packed and shipped. We take extra care to ensure every order meets our quality standards before it leaves our studio.


Where do you ship?

We currently ship within Canada and the United States only.


Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Standard shipping is free on all Canadian orders.


Do you offer express shipping?

At the moment, we only offer basic standard shipping. If you require faster delivery, please contact us before placing your order to discuss possible arrangements.


Do you ship internationally?

For international orders, please contact us directly before purchasing so we can discuss shipping options and costs.


What if I’m ordering custom hair extensions?

Custom hair orders require special processing. Please contact us directly before purchasing so we can confirm details, timelines, and pricing.


What is your return policy?

We only accept returns for unopened items with proof of purchase. The packaging must remain sealed, and we require a clear photo of the unopened item before you mail it back to us.

Unfortunately, opened or worn items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety regulations.


I’m not sure about my hair colour β€” what should I do?

We recommend purchasing a colour swatch sample ring or visiting your stylist for a colour consultation before ordering. We’re happy to help you choose your perfect match β€” just contact us directly.


Do you cover return shipping costs?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.


My package is late β€” what should I do?

Please note that once your package leaves our facility, delivery times are out of our control. Delays can occur due to weather, customs processing, or postal service issues. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time frame, please contact us so we can help track it.


What if my package is lost or damaged in transit?

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order details and photos if applicable. We’ll work with you to find a solution.


Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be in processing and cannot be changed.
